Yes. StrataLink is private to your building, so access is by invitation or a building join code, approved by your committee. That's what keeps your building's information visible only to its members.
Your committee either invites you directly (you'll receive a login) or gives you your building's join code to register with. New requests wait in a holding area until a committee member approves them against the roll and sets your role and lot.
No — StrataLink is free for every owner and resident to download and use. The body corporate takes out a single subscription per building, paid from the administrative fund.
Access is scoped to your building. Committee content is committee-only; owners receive copies of the minutes and can see the manager's reports and compliance health; renters see the general notices. Members of one building can never see another building's information.
The body corporate's subscription is arranged and billed on the web — not through the App Store or Google Play, and not as an in-app purchase. Downloading and using the app stays free for everyone, and a lapsed subscription never stops owners reading what has already been shared with them.
In Australia — the Sydney region of our database provider. It stays within Australia, we don't sell it, and we use no advertising or third-party tracking.
Head to "Start your building" and tell us about your scheme. We'll set it up, seed your Queensland compliance register, and hand you the keys on a three-month free pilot.
Contact us and we'll delete your account and personal information within a reasonable time. An in-app "delete my account" option is being added as StrataLink comes to the app stores.
