How billing works. The subscription is a service bought by the body corporate, not an in-app purchase — it's arranged and billed on the web, never through the app stores. It sits comfortably within a committee's spending limit, so no general meeting is needed to approve it. And if a subscription ever lapses, owners can still read everything already shared with them; only publishing new content pauses.
