Start with 60 days free

Every building gets a 60-day pilot — long enough to run a full committee meeting, deliver real minutes and get owners into the app before anyone pays a cent.

After that it's one annual invoice. If it isn't working out, cancel any time in your first year and we'll refund the remainder.

Foundation buildings. The 60-day pilot is open to our first ten Queensland schemes. In return we'll ask for a short, honest write-up of how it went — what worked and what didn't — that we can share with other committees weighing it up. After the first ten, buildings start on the annual plan with the same first-year guarantee.

How billing works. The subscription is a service bought by the body corporate, not an in-app purchase — it's arranged and billed on the web, never through the app stores. It sits comfortably within a committee's spending limit, so no general meeting is needed to approve it. If a subscription falls behind on payment, owners can still read everything already shared with them and only publishing pauses. Cancelling outright is different: the building's access ends, so we hand your committee its information before it does.
