Bombarbie Content Calendar
A content-operations web app for planning, drafting, approving, publishing and reporting across an app portfolio from one kanban-and-calendar workspace.
About
Bombarbie is the content calendar behind Chris Nagy's App Store portfolio and Butterfly BomBarbie band work. Promotional posts, articles and campaign material for Rhyme Hub, Sub Cue, Beach Walk QLD, HugrForge, ArtArc, Eight Words and more are managed from one source of truth.
Content and product work is developed with Claude Code and Cowork, OpenAI Codex and ChatGPT, and Cursor, then arrives in the pipeline ready for Chris to review, schedule and publish to each brand's channels.
Capabilities
Move content from Draft through Needs Edits, Approved and Scheduled to Published, with a complete card drawer for copy, briefs, creative and history.
Plan across months and posting windows, drag approved work to new dates and keep the same shared filters in every view.
Chris reviews every post before it ships. Roles, activity history and per-card status keep approvals visible and accountable.
Publish approved content to six Facebook Pages and Chris's LinkedIn profile through dedicated, confirmed actions.
Track the balance of content pillars, inspect activity and export the current board as Excel-compatible data or CSV.
Usage help, content strategy, working documents and the build log live beside the board instead of in disconnected files.
Workflow
Choose the app, campaign, channel, pillar and intended publish window.
Develop copy, creative briefs and images with the full campaign context attached.
Move the card through edits and approval with the decision history preserved.
Place approved work in the calendar's morning or evening publishing window.
Send only after confirmation, then retain the date and activity record as the source of truth.
Content pillars
Put the product or campaign at centre stage.
Explain what a feature does and why it matters.
Give people a useful reason to return.
Add the human and creative context behind the work.
Show outcomes, demonstrations and credibility.
Built with
Application framework and responsive interface
Typed product code and the design system
Postgres data, authentication, storage and activity history
Deployment and delivery infrastructure
Approved Facebook and LinkedIn publishing connections
AI-assisted product development and content drafting
The app is sign-in protected and runs on live Supabase data. Chris reviews and confirms publication. Optional automatic publishing is armed per card and fails closed rather than sending late or twice.
